Digital marketing, AI performance, and SEO/GEO depend on market variables, algorithmic changes by third parties (Google, Meta), and the client's internal sales capabilities.

Our services and website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IATOMATIONS LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our digital services; (ii) any unauthorized access to our secure servers; or (iii) any disruption of third-party platforms (such as Meta, Shopify, or GoHighLevel) that affects your business operations.
